Low Strength Masonry Building is Laid in Fired brick work in clay & mud mortar and Random rubble ; Uncoursed, Undressed stone masonry in weak mortars made of cement-sand , lime-sand & clay-mud. Building Needs Repairs & Retrofitting like Crack & Spalling In Structural Members, Crack & Settlement In Flooring, Crack & Spalling in Non Structural Members, Leakage In Water Supply & Drainage System, Redesigning existing structure for nature forces and Changed functional requirements. Carbon fiber and glass fiber wrapping is the best way for Structural rehabilitation.

Acrylate polymers belong to a group of polymers which could be referred to generally as plastics. They are noted for their transparency, resistance to breakage, and elasticity. Acrylic polymer latexes used in liquid applied sound dampening coating applications.

Polyurethane (PU) is a polymer composed of a chain of organic units joined by carbamate (urethane) links. While most polyurethanes are thermosetting polymers that do not melt when heated, thermoplastic polyurethanes are also available. Polyurethane polymers are traditionally and most commonly formed by reacting a di- or polyisocyanate with a polyol. Both the isocyanates and polyols used to make polyurethanes contain on average two or more functional groups per molecule.

Water repellent is a coating added to fabrics at the factory to make them water-resistant (or hydrophobic). Most factory-applied treatments are fluoropolymer based. Durable water repellents are commonly used in conjunction with waterproof breathable fabrics such as Gore-Tex to prevent the outer layer of fabric from becoming saturated with water. This saturation, called 'wetting out,' can reduce the garment's breathability (moisture transport through the breathable membrane) and let water through. As the DWR wears off over time, re-treatment is recommended when necessary. Many spray-on and wash-in products for treatment of non-waterproof garments and re-treatment of proofed garments losing their water-repellency are available from sources of sporting apparel.

Epoxy flooring has been proven to be an environmentally friendly alternate to other types of flooring, reducing the facility's impact on the environment through less water consumption and less pesticides needed. we offer Epoxy Floor Coating such as Epoxy Primer, Epoxy Coating, Water Based Epoxy Self Level Flooring, Solvent Free Epoxy Self Level Flooring and Hygienic Wall Coating For Interior Walls. Our range of comprehensive Epoxy Flooring Coating for Pharmaceuticals unit, work shops, Car Showroom within an affordable price without compromising any quality. These are available as per the customer requirements. These are available in various colors and designs.

Epoxy Coating Resin can be used as a conventional laminating resin but really recommended for use as a coating epoxy. Its high clarity and high viscosity mean that it can be used to build up a very tough, polishable resin layer on a wide variety of materials including carbon fibre, Kevlar, wood, certain plastics and metal. As a very pure epoxy (with no additives) our Epoxy Coating Resin can be applied directly onto itself either when the layer underneath is a 'B stage' in its cure or fully cured. In both instances the next layer of resin will not 'fish-eye' away from the previous layer (caused by amine blush or other additives collecting on the surface in other resin systems).

Cement grouting, also known as slurry grouting or high mobility grouting, is a grouting technique that fills pores in granular soil or voids in rock or soil, with flowable particulate grouts. Depending on the application, Portland cement or microfine cement grout is injected under pressure at strategic locations either through single port or multiple port pipes. The grout particle size and soil/rock void size must be properly matched to permit the cement grout to enter the pores or voids. The grouted mass has an increased strength and stiffness, and reduced permeability. The technique has been used to reduce water flow through rock formations beneath dams and to cement granular soils to underpin foundations or provide excavation support.

A two-part grout system consisting of epoxy resin and epoxy hardener, especially formulated to have impervious qualities, stain, and chemical resistance, used to fill joints between tile units. Epoxy grout has become more and more popular.Epoxy grout is made from epoxy resins and a filler powder. The grout is extremely durable and almost completely stainproof. Regular grout isn't waterproof, so unlike epoxy grout, it can absorb water when it's wet and stain easily. If you're tired of scrubbing the gunk off your grout, epoxy grout could be your solution.

Storage reservoirs and overhead tank are used to store water, liquid petroleum, petroleum products and similur liquids. The force analysis of the reservoirs or tank is about the same irrespctive of the chemical nature of the product. All tanks are designed as creack free structure to eliminate any leakege. Underground water storage tanks are used for underground storage of potable drinking water, wastewater, & rainwater collection. So whether you call it a water tank or water cistern, as long as you are storing water underground these are the storage tanks for you.

Basement Waterproofing refers to techniques used to prevent water from entering the basement of a house or other building. Effective below ground waterproofing will include both drainage and sealers. Waterproofing is needed anytime a structure is built at ground level or below ground. Waterproofing and drainage considerations are especially needed in cases where ground water is likely to build up in the soil and raise the water table. This higher water table causes hydrostatic pressure to be exerted underneath basement floors and against basement walls. Hydrostatic pressure forces water in through cracks in foundation walls, through openings caused by expansion and contraction of the footing-foundation wall joint and up through floor cracks. Hydrostatic pressure can cause major structural damage to foundation walls and is likely to contribute to mold, decay and other moisture related problems.

An expansion joint is an assembly designed to safely absorb the heat-induced expansion and contraction of various construction materials. They are commonly found between sections of slabs, bridges, and other structures. Expansion Joint The “assembly” can be as simple as a caulked separation between two sections of the same materials. More recently, expansion joints have been included in the design of, or added to existing, brick exterior walls for similar purposes. In concrete and concrete block construction, the term applied is “control joint,” but serves similar purposes.

Foam concrete is a unique product which has the strength of the cement and yet lightweight . Its durability is remarkable with sand & high dosage of fly ash making it an economical and environment friendly green product. This mixture is volumeised by addition of a foaming agent which enhances the volume and thus lightens the mixture. Further this is cured in air just like normal concrete and finally used.

Basic to the development of Crystalline Technology was a thorough understanding of concrete's chemical and physical makeup. Concrete is porous. Its tunnel-like capillaries are a natural part of its mass, and permit the passage of water and other liquids. Researchers at recognized the opportunity for a chemical treatment that would fill these capillaries to prevent the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction. By means of diffusion, the reactive chemicals in products use water as a migrating medium to enter and travel down the capillaries of the concrete. This process precipitates a chemical reaction between , moisture and the by-products of cement hydration, forming a new non-soluble crystalline structure. This integral structure fills the capillary tracts rendering the concrete waterproof.
